The oldest performing group among Biñan City Centre for Performing Arts was established in August 7, 2005. Biñan Youth Performance Council, the official theatre group of the City of Biñan was a force in exposing and nurturing local talents through its performances “to disturb”. The group is persistent in giving alternative space for young people to discover themselves, express their thoughts, enhance cultural consciousness, increase awareness with the realities of the world, and more importantly strengthen their relationships with the community.

YPC in its aim to bring the youth closer to God and to the wonders of culture and arts have launched experimental performances like "Kariton", "Mga Kwentong Buhay sa Harap ng Telon 1", "D’ Istori of Krismas", "Reality", "7 Last Words Project", "Takas/Cleopatra" (in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts), "Sampung Tulisan", "Mga Kwentong Buhay sa Harap ng Telon 2", original play for Jose Rizal’s 150th birth anniversary "Si Rizal at Ako" and the NCCA-funded original play for Teodora Alonso's death centenary "Ang Kasaysayan ni Teodora: Isang Ina", "Mga Kwentong Buhay sa Harap ng Telon 3”, “Doon Sa Unang Paaralan” an interactive horror theatre performance, "Mga Kwentong Buhay sa Harap ng Telon 4, Ang lihim ng kaHAPON and Mga Kwentong Buhay sa Harap ng Telon 5” that were all very successful.
